Over the last few years, you may have heard me refer to my book that is in process. It is a slow-going thing to be sure and one of the interesting things that occurred after I started writing in earnest is that started to lose time for working on the manuscript because my speaking schedule started to increase and take over my focus.
While I am still working furiously on the book, I have also come to realize that the need to start sharing the information about Trauma-Informed Ministry is outpacing my production schedule, so I must find another solution. There is also some urgency considering the advent of COVID-19 (and its impact on our communities) and the collective trauma we have all been experiencing, so I realized that one way I can start sharing information and provide some launching points into the conversation is to start posting some informational videos on YouTube.
“Hold up!” you say, “Don’t you already have, like, TWO YouTube Channels?”
Well, yes, I do, but those are focused on Self-Care and Compassion Maintenance and my Weight-loss/Worth-increase Process. According to my research, it is very confusing to most people if channels have too many focuses so I am trying to remove barriers for those who would like to access the information.
Which leads me to this announcement!
