Traumawise Care for You, Your Child, and the Systems You’re Inside of

Parenting in complex circumstances asks so much more of you than anyone sees.

You’re reading reports, answering school emails, juggling appointments, holding big behaviors, and carrying everyone’s feelings (including your own) through systems that aren’t always traumawise or neurodivergent-affirming.

You’re not “just” parenting; you’re caregiving, advocating, translating, and absorbing.

At Renae M. Dupuis, LLC, Whole-Parent Support means:

  • We care about you as a whole person—heart, mind, body, and soul.
  • We honor the real complexity of your family and the systems you’re navigating.
  • We walk with you as you build capacity, not as you chase perfection.

There isn’t one right way to be here. That’s why there are three different ways to be supported, depending on what your nervous system, your schedule, and your season are asking for.

Three Ways to Be Supported

Think of these as three different kinds of rooms in the same house:

  • a soft landing place,
  • a practice lab,
  • and a private corner office for strategies and decisions.

You’re welcome in any or all of them.

Parent Care Circle

A monthly soft landing place for the people who carry everything

Best for: “I’m exhausted and need somewhere gentle to land and be seen, heard, and valued.”

Equipped Parent Collective

A monthly practice space to help you respond instead of react

Best for: “I know the trauma-informed theory; I need help living it in real life.”

Restorative Parent Support Sessions

Private, trauma-wise thinking partnership for complex seasons

Best for: “The stakes feel high and I need a calm, skilled brain beside mine to support decisions.”

Parent Care Circle

Parent Care Circle is a monthly, trauma-informed support circle for parents and caregivers who are tired of being “the steady one” for everyone else and want one hour that is just for them.

This is the space where you:

  • Exhale. Say the true thing. Be witnessed without judgment.
  • Tend to your heart and nervous system in community.
  • Receive simple, doable practices that fit the capacity you actually have.

Investment: $74/month • cancel anytime

What’s inside:

  • A 75-minute live Parent Support Circle each month
  • A calming Parent Audio Library for “I might lose it” moments
  • A gentle Monthly Reflection Guide (heart, mind, body, soul)
  • Access to a private, trauma-aware community
  • Option to purchase discounted 1:1 Restorative Sessions

This is your space if you’re thinking: “Before I learn more tools or make more decisions, I just need somewhere to be honest about how hard this is and feel less alone.”

Equipped Parent Collective

Equipped Parent Collective is a monthly, trauma-wise learning and practice membership for parents and caregivers who want real tools, structure, and community support as they apply trauma-informed care at home.

This is the space where you:

  • Learn one focused trauma-wise skill at a time
  • Try a small experiment in your real home, with your real people
  • Bring back what happened and adjust without shame
  • Build confidence and clarity about how you respond in hard moments

Investment: $134/month • cancel anytime

What’s inside:

  • A monthly Parent Learning Lab on one key skill
  • A live Implementation & Q&A Session for your real situations
  • Practice & Experiment Workshops to rehearse scripts and scenarios
  • Parent Support Circles (Equip Edition) with others doing this work
  • An on-demand resource library (maps, scripts, planners)
  • A monthly self-care micro-practice for your nervous system
  • Option to purchase discounted 1:1 Restorative Sessions

This is your space if you’re thinking: “I don’t want just more information. I want a gentle, structured rhythm to actually practice new ways of responding at home.”

Restorative Parent Support Sessions

Restorative Parent Support Sessions are 1:1, trauma-informed support sessions for caregivers navigating complex situations, systems, and decisions who don’t want to keep carrying it all alone.

This is the space where you:

  • Lay out the whole messy picture—your child, your history, your systems
  • Map what’s really going on through a nervous-system and trauma lens
  • Clarify what matters most right now (when everything feels urgent)
  • Leave with 1–3 grounded next steps and language you can actually use

Ways to work together:

  • Single Session – $325
For one specific meeting, decision, or situation that needs focused care.

  • Short Series – Stabilize & Reorient – $850
    4 × 60-minute or 6 × 30-minute sessions over ~6–8 weeks for an intense stretch.

  • Deep-Dive Series – Companion for a Complex Season – $1,250
6 × 45-minute or 9 × 30-minute sessions to walk alongside you through layered systems and ongoing stress.

--> Parent Care Circle and Equipped Parent Collective members receive preferred member pricing on 1:1 work.

This is your space if you’re thinking: “I’m a good parent facing hard options, and I don’t want to make these decisions in the dark.”

How to Choose Your Starting Point

You can’t choose wrong, but different seasons call for different kinds of support. Here’s a simple guide:

“My capacity is low. I need to be seen, heard, and valued.”
Start with Parent Care Circle

Choose this if:

  • You’re burnt out, running on fumes, or in caregiver fatigue
  • You’re craving connection, validation, and space to exhale
  • The thought of “doing things differently” feels like too much right now

Outcome: You feel less alone, more regulated, and a little softer with yourself.

(You can always add Equipped or 1:1 later when your nervous system has more room.)

“I want tools and structure to help our days feel less like constant crisis.”
Start with Equipped Parent Collective

Choose this if:

  • You already care about trauma-informed parenting
  • You’re ready to focus on one skill at a time and see it through
  • You want community plus clear guidance on “what to try next”

Outcome: You build a small, trusted toolkit of practices that fit your family and stop feeling like you’re reinventing the wheel every week.

“We’re in a complex, high-stakes situation and I need focused help.”
Start with a Restorative Parent Support Session

Choose this if:

  • You’re making decisions around school, diagnoses, services, or safety
  • You’re interacting with multiple systems that don’t always feel safe
  • You need help clarifying what to say, ask, or choose next

Outcome: You build a small, trusted toolkit of practices that fit your family and stop feeling like you’re reinventing the wheel every week.

Can I Combine Them?

Yes. Many parents move between these options over time.

  • You might start with Parent Care Circle to get your feet back under you, then add Equipped Parent Collective when you’re ready to work on specific skills.

  • You might be in Equipped and add a 1:1 series during a particularly complex season of meetings, changes, or big behaviors.

  • You might begin with a single 1:1 session and then decide you want an ongoing circle or membership around you as you continue.

You are never “behind” and there’s no gold star for doing it all. We will always ask:

What kind of support would feel most sustainable and most kind for you right now?

Whole-Parent Support Means You Matter, Too

Whatever you’re carrying—grief, anger, numbness, fierce advocacy, decision fatigue, tiny flickers of hope—you don’t have to hold it alone.

These offerings are three different ways of saying the same thing:

You are not failing.
You are not meant to do this completely on your own.
There is room here for your whole self, and your whole story.

When you’re ready, choose the doorway that feels most doable, and we’ll take the next step together.
