LIVE Sessions via Zoom (replays available for 2 days)
This retreat is for you if you:
You do not need to be completely overwhelmed for this to help. Early support is the point.
May’s focus is Mind-Centered Practices — especially around organization of mind and work / learning support.
This month’s Restoration Sessions are designed to help you create more usable mental space, reduce cognitive friction, and re-engage with what matters in ways that feel workable and kind.
Restoration Sessions are three days of short, gentle, experiential sessions you can attend live or via replay.
Each session is held inside one of the four pillars of whole-person care:
Emotional Regulation + Healthy Relationships
Organization of Mind + Working/Learning
Care for Body + Stress Resilience
Spirituality + Rest/Play
May centers on the Mind pillar, while still supporting the whole person.
Notice what’s filling your mind: mental swirl, open loops, hidden rules, and shutdown cues.
Sort what matters from what’s loud. Reduce friction, simplify decisions, and build a planning rhythm that fits real life.
Create practical supports for clarity, focus, and follow-through—especially when capacity is low.
Disclaimer: Sessions are provided as educational & peer support; they are not therapy, urgent care, or a replacement for the advice and care of your doctor or therapist.
Times listed in PDT. Most sessions are 20-25 minutes, with a few anchor sessions for deeper integration.
