3) Simple Body-Centered Prep

A few optional things that may help

You do not need special supplies. But if you want to make the experience a little more supportive, you might gather:

  • water or tea
  • paper + pen
  • a cozy item (blanket, pillow, socks)
  • a calming sensory cue (lotion, scent, soft music, dim light)

  • sitting somewhere comfortable
  • lowering noise
  • having something warm nearby
  • leaving space to stretch or move gently
  • planning to use replay if live feels too busy
