A few optional things that may help
You do not need special supplies. But if you want to make the experience a little more supportive, you might gather:
- water or tea
- paper + pen
- a cozy item (blanket, pillow, socks)
- a calming sensory cue (lotion, scent, soft music, dim light)

- leaving space to stretch or move gently
- planning to use replay if live feels too busy
